LLM Engineer
You've argued with a language model until it stopped lying - and enjoyed it.
What you'll do
- Build voice and chat agents that answer real phones for real businesses - not demos that die in a slide deck.
- Design prompts, evals, guardrails, and human handoffs. "It hallucinated" is an engineering problem here, not an excuse.
- Wire agents into CRMs, phone systems, and whatever ancient tool the client swears by.
- Ship to production in 28-day sprints. No roadmap purgatory.
You
- Have shipped LLM systems that strangers actually use.
- Write evals before vibes. Test the failure cases nobody asked about.
- Aren't scared of APIs, webhooks, or n8n plumbing at 2 a.m. (your 2 a.m. - we're in six time zones, someone's always awake).
