This Privacy Policy explains how Agentic Intelligence LLC, a company incorporated in Dubai Internet City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating as Agensy ("Agensy", "we", "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit agensy.ai, submit one of our forms, or work with us. It is written to meet the UAE Federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, "PDPL") and, for visitors and clients in the European Economic Area, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
1. Who is responsible for your data

Our affiliate Agentic Intelligence SRL (Chișinău, Republic of Moldova) provides delivery and operations for the controller and processes personal data on its behalf under an intra-group data processing agreement. When we build and host automations that process our clients' customer data, we act as a processor under the client's instructions; that processing is governed by the data processing terms in the relevant service agreement, not by this policy.
2. What we collect
Contact form: name, email address, phone number, your message, and which page you submitted from.
Voice-demo form: phone number and your chosen callback channel (phone call or WhatsApp).
Booking a call: if you schedule through our embedded Calendly widget, Calendly collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
AI voice assistant: our site includes a voice/chat assistant powered by ElevenLabs. Nothing is transmitted until you actively start a conversation; if you do, your audio and messages are processed by ElevenLabs to generate responses, and the conversation transcript and audio may be retained by ElevenLabs for the period we configure. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal, financial, or health information in the conversation. See ElevenLabs' privacy policy.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device information contained in standard server logs.
Cookies and analytics: only after you choose "Allow analytics" in our consent banner. Choosing "Use essential only" keeps the site fully functional. See section 7.
We do not knowingly collect data from children; our services are directed at businesses.

4. Automated processing of your submission
When you submit a form, an AI model automatically classifies the submission as genuine or spam, and may draft the confirmation message you receive. Submissions classified as spam may not receive a response. No decision with legal or similarly significant effect is made automatically. If you believe a genuine message went unanswered, email info@agensy.ai and a human will review it.
5. Who receives your data
We do not sell personal data. Your form data passes through the following systems and providers:

If we enable additional analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or Microsoft Clarity), they will be added to this table and to the consent banner before they are activated, and will only run with your consent where required.
We may also disclose data where required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice on this page.
6. International transfers
Because we are a UAE company whose affiliate operates from Moldova and whose providers include US-based services, your data may be processed outside your own country. Intra-group transfers between Agentic Intelligence LLC (UAE) and Agentic Intelligence SRL (Moldova) are governed by an intra-group data processing agreement incorporating standard contractual safeguards. For data covered by the GDPR we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the provider is certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For data covered by the PDPL we transfer abroad only with appropriate contractual safeguards or your consent, as the law permits.

9. Your rights
Under the PDPL and the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; ask us to restrict processing; receive your data in a portable format; object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing; and withdraw any consent without affecting prior processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office (Federal Authority for Artificial Intelligence and Data) or, if you are in the EU/EEA, with your local data protection authority.
10. Security
We protect personal data with encryption in transit, access controls, secrets kept out of source control, and self-hosted infrastructure for our automation platform. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep risk low and will notify you and regulators of any breach as the law requires.
11. Third-party links
Our website links to third-party sites (for example our social profiles). Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies before submitting personal information there.
12. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices or the law change, and the date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
